    The only way to stop these stupid discussions would be to probably stick a female world champion in with her male counterpart in a strictly ruled exhibition/fight and see what happens. This isn’t tennis.

    This. Shields is an excellent athlete and a talented boxer, but men and women have no business competing with each other.

    I’ve seen plenty of topflight female athletes foolishly try to compete with men and the result was always embarrassment.
