If it was for another fighter then yes I would class it as a duck, but Brook has been chasing Khan for years, this isn't exactly a recent development. Spence vs Brook can still happen later in the year.

I can see why people would say kell is ducking Spence. Still though khan is the fight he has wanted for a very long time. If the opportunity to fight him may 2017 is now a reality I just can't see kell letting it slip. If khan comes with silly demands then it won't happen that's for sure.

Am I right in saying that Brook would become WBC #1 contender if he beats khan?

If that's the case would the WBC call on the winner of Thurman/Garcia to fight a mandatory in 2017?

Brook will duck if there's any other more lucrative option, his shown he really doesn't wanna risk his career against Spence.

When Khan retires and he wants a memento to remember what he was all about, he's surely gonna get a painting of himself in action.... on canvas, of course...

People don't think Khan could outbox Floyd, do they?

Once Floyd times him, it's over.

Just because Khan lost to Canelo people think he done, most 147 would get KO by Canelo there is no shame in losing to him, same with Brook losing to GGG no shame in losing to him..

Last I checked Khan and Brook both unbeaten at 147 right.. Let's make this happen.. Khan has too much speed and movement for Brook and nothing has changed..

At 147 Khan has the upper hand at 154 Brook would have upper hand.. I believe Brook will be tight at 147 now.. Khan will be at his more natural weight..

He's talked about most of the big fight except Spence which he mentions in very few occasions he says I'm not sure if I can make 147 on several occasions then says but I can make it for pac or Khan. I want Thurman and Garcia winner and there's Spence lol to me that's pretty clear that he will take that fight as a last option, dont you think?

See Khan isn't like Ward, he doesn't need tuneups ;)

Na he didn't look good v Algeri.

Getting beat vs canelo is one thing but that KO was brutal. I see him getting knocked out again.

He's just recently came out and said he will go back to 147 because he wants to defend his title vs Spence, I don't understand where this idea that Brook is ducking Spence has come from. Spence's last fight was the eliminator for the title and now Brook can either defend it against him or take a voluntary first and then fight him.

He did say that but then I'm hearing a fight between him and smith is on the card not sure if it will come to fruition though.

Your wrong btw he has no voluntary left it's Spence, unification or vacate those are his options. With Garcia & Thurman already signed that leaves manny which is he's only shot of keeping his belt without fighting Spence and I don't think Manny will take a fight that tough at this point of his career.

His stalling for time in my opinion.

I think it's a bit of a jump to say he's stalling for time, everyone has to wait till at least Feb for Brook's medical exemption to expire.

Like I said before if he takes the Khan fight I don't think it's a duck at all, but if he takes another fight (at 147) and it's not Spence then yes it's a duck. Khan is the fight Brook has always wanted, i'm sure if that's off the table he will end up fighting Brook.

Well the purse bid is soon I think so he's gotta make his mind up soon.

Why would Khan take a Brook fight after a year lay off and coming off a devastating ko him, he hates Brook so much he would never allow himself to get in the ring with him even for a career high pay day in my opinion. Let's face it if Khan was gunna fight Brook he would have done it by now, I don't think Khan fights a live opponent again who isn't manny or Floyd.
