People say he is a powerful puncher but he has never nocked one of his opponents out before he has only ever had TKO's.
Yup. Ref's jumping in because he has quick hands and a good workrate. Nothing more. Any half-decent fighter his own size will walk through him and find that ORNAMENTAL CHINA CHIN.
Very few boxers these days have legitimate 10-count-failing KO's because ref's are very safety conscious and will stop a fight without getting to that stage. David Haye has about 4 KO's and 16 TKO's. Guess he's not much of a puncher either. What is it with shitty Amir Khan threads today? I'm not even a fan of the guy but his haters haven't got a braincell between them
He's clearly hurt fighters so much that they can't continue, so it's irrelevant really. Joe Calzaghe only had two KO's*, but it's not stopped him having a very good career. *he allegedly went to slap them but accidentally caught them with the knuckle part of the glove...
Well very few fighters get clean KO's these days as fighters are protected. Even so as a Brit and an Amir Khan fan - he's not a power puncher. He's a boxer, and his stoppages come through hurting his opponent and flooring them of course, but through speed, accuracy and combinations more than sheer power.
Lol you need seriously find a girlfriend and get laid, you spent too much time in front of computer.... btw. threads like this one are ******ed, they just lower the level of ESB...
 KO's - TKO's what the **** is the difference? The fighter is still out and unable to continue aren't they? Most knockouts these days are TKO's anyway.
I haven't heard many people (unless commentators who are trying to get people to watch his fights count) say he has amazing power. I think most people agree Khan's main assets are his hand speed and accuracy.
