If you want to be extra fussy.

    http://www.newsoftheworld.co.uk/spo...nny-Pacquiao-on-his-road-to-superstardom.html

Khan, 23, told Sport of the World: "In the next four years I will have all my big fights so in five years time I will be gone.

"When I hit my peak I will be fighting men like Floyd Mayweather Jnr and Manny Pacquiao. They will be my last few fights.

Exactly. Roach has already said this! Freddie said it was a hard fight and they want a lot of money for it. He went on to say that nobody knows how Maidana is, so they should build it up a bit more and get both fighters more recognised in America before the fight happens. That's why Khan is fighting Paulie. A man who is more tough then he is being credited for.

Yes, and now I shall be even more Fussy. In 4 years time Manny and Floyd will be retired. I believe when any boxer says "Fighting men like Floyd Mayweather Jnr and Manny Pacquaio" They are simply talking about the best fighters out there at the elite level, a goal to aim for and a level to reach.

And please do explain Khan saying Maidana ducked him.

How did Maidana do that, exactly? :think

Yes but was the Taylor-Froch fight 15 months before? NO. So what's the point in bringing that up? You know that he wasn't in his prime so why call him that??

Yes Dirrell is a good, great talent. But Elite? NO.

Yes Kotelnik is not that good, I admit that, but Khan is how many years old? 23 and how many years has he been in the business? 5 years. Whereas Froch has been for 8 years. And Froch is 30 years old.

Seriously, and you say I don't know boxing???:lol::lol:

Khan got knocked out because he was inexperienced and rushed in against a very hard hitter. I am not saying he can't be complained at. I am saying that if Froch gives it out, then he can take it back without people jumping to his defence.

No disrespect to either guy but Amir Khan should be the last to laugh or poke jokes at ANYONE in this sport, seriously. Froch just lost in a close fight against Kessler, a fight I thought Kessler was going to blow out Froch in under 4 rounds or 6 at MOST yet look what we just witnessed. Unlike Khan, I think A LOT of boxing fans would agree with me here when I say that Froch would IMMEDIATELY demand a rematch in a close fight like this but tournament rules obviously prevents him. Khan showed zero interest in rematching Prescott and has been clearly and shamelessly waiting for anyone Warren puts Prescott with to beat him for him. Yes, what comes around goes around, but in a sport like this you can make it "go around" yourself, not wait for others to avenge your loss for you so that statement is pathetic.

Unlike Khan, Froch wasn't blown out under a minute in a laughable ridiculous PPV which had almost the entire British country one step away from death as they laughed.

Froch just had a close fight with Calzaghe's biggest win ever by far, Khan doesn't have a SINGLE win worth bragging about and it doesn't look like he will have any, at least not anytime soon judging by his carefully selected low KO ratio opponents.

I like Khan but this had to be mentioned, Froch has done already in his career far more than Khan did. As any Khan fan, the only thing you can brag about is his silver medal and nothing else. The only thing he has been doing lately is calling out guys coming off carefully selected KO losses, chasing them shamelessly. Froch has an endless list of jokes he can throw back though I doubt he will act that pathetic and idiotic. If Froch talked bad about Calzaghe then he did so because Calzaghe was in his weight category and he wanted to fight him. Khan has no business sticking his nose in it unless he really wants this kind of attention which makes him look even worse. Instead of kicking your countryman when he's down show some maturity, he his self can't afford to brag when he has been starched under one minute from a single punch against an unknown undefeated competitor who was ironically the FIRST with a decent KO ratio and on his first and temporarily last PPV.

I admit Khan was dumb to say that. But all boxers say some dumb **** things.

  12. Can't belive Khan has written this but if it is him then I can say with certainty that he is a classless ****.

    How ****ing pedantic.

Why not say he wants to fight the best out there then? Why highlight 2 fighters that realistically could still be fighting in 4 years time?

You were wrong and now you're reaching.

In this sport you can make it go around fighting in the ring, typing on the internet accomplishes nothing. Nothing went around in favor of Khan tonight. Did he even attempt to rematch the guy that beat him?
