I don't think we'll see him plant his feet throughout the fight i just think he will do it more often than he normally does..
He could look the same, he could look better, he could look like whatever. In training they all look decent/good, Mayorga looked like Pernell Whitaker moving around and punching the heavybag before fighting DLH. In the ring it's a different story.
He needs to keep moving, if he's going to stand and exchange to entertain fans he will get KO'd or be in serious trouble. The guy has good movement and serious speed, might want to take full advantage of it otherwise it has been proven even before the Prescott fight that it can be exploited.
if he can learn from mayweather how to slip punches rather than take them on the chin he could go far. We all know he has a suspect chin. The beauty of mayweather is that he is just so damn hard to hit. If Kahn can learn that together with his speed and natural ability he can win titles.
Totally right there and I've been saying the same for a long time regarding his style. He tends to get overexcited and too eager to please the crowd, then he puts his self at risk and as we all saw he can't really afford to do so. As he steps in class he will have to FORCE his self to stick to gameplan otherwise another KO is soon to come. I don't know about you but the Barrera fight meant absolutely nothing to me, the fight was supposed to be called off and stopped with a NC in round one. If anything I was more worried about Khan than Barrera when the fight was over since Barrera only threw and landed TWO solid punches and both buckled Khan.
i think kahn has potential, i think he should stay away from ricky though, kahn needs to handle the media better, i think hatton sparks his ass, no disrespect to kahn.
I have seen the Khan/Barrera fight countless times and I never saw Khan wobbled by any Barrera hooks.Barrera did land a couple but Khan wasn`t wobbled neither was he in any danger. Seems to me you hate Khan and even if he beats Kotelnik you will still slag him off as you are bitter and twisted.
Let me explain something to you. I don't care if Khan hired Eddie Futch, Ray Arcel, and Angelo Dundee a Dream Team of trainers it would not matter one bit because his Chin is so bad. Khan has the worst Glass Jaw in the sport. He is a Glass Jawed fraud.
yeah i thought old man barrera had some good moments againt kahn, and made me have some questions about kahn still.
erm no..... osama is still liveing in a 5 star hotel somewhere smoking the finest weed money can buy. no1 can touch that lool
The Hatton talk is just cheap talk in my opinion, they see the guy coming off a loss and in the face they're trying to step on him, more disrespectful than anything especially when Hatton was giving him much needed confidence after he got iced under one minute. They're just talking about that fight to get some much needed attention, there's no way in hell they would take it as Hatton would kill him, they're ignoring Prescott for crying out loud. The Gomez fight was also disasterous, same goes for the Limmond fight and many other fights where he screwed up/got floored or made amateurish mistakes. In my view the guy's development from amateur to professional is a disaster so far since I see no changes worth mentioning AT ALL. Still there are more questions than answers and will remain that way till proven otherwise and I'm looking forward to the next fight and more after it. Hopefully we get something good since the guy can bring excitement.
