    Based on what?

His punch right? He'd do the same as what he'd do to Maidana. Khan would heavily outbox him.

Be very disappointed to see another legend fed to the wolves. JMM is a small lightweight and is very old. Khan is to big and fast for him.

Anyone but Maidana/Bradley/Alexander I will be disappointed with.

I dont the like the fight on the whole , but with all the talk about it im starting to get on the band wagon ever so slightly , for me to be interested id be looking for Marquez to put on a career best performance against Diaz and force another stoppage , if he does this then for me its a legit fight , clearly there is the weight issue but not that many people were complaining (PPV buys in America) when he fought Floyd @144 .

If Diaz wins , i really have no time for Khan Diaz at all , Paulie dominated Diaz for 24 rounds practically and i have no time in seeing Khan hammer a blown up super FW , really no time .

In summary if Marquez blitzes Diaz then why not , any other eventuality then it wouldnt be my first choice of opponent for Khan !!!!

i think its a horrible fight, what kind of champion refuses to fight his mandatory, calls people out then refuses to fight them?

If I watch it, I'll find a bar thats got it on, damn sure I wont be lining his pockets with sky box office, pay per view money, and if more people do the same, he'll have to start taking the fights people want to see like Alexander, Bradley Maidana etc or give up the pay per views or the belt, and let someone thats not scared to fight the best in that division fight for it.

Amir "King" Khan, the only fighter in history to pay off a mandatory and then say the mandatory was ducking him.:rofl:patsch

Khan has reportedly done terrible numbers on SBO. I dunno if it would be on PPV. If in the UK at a reasonable time it probably would but not at 3 in the morning from the states.

Only interesting khan fights at the moment are Maidana/Katsidis/Bradley/Alexander anything else is just going to make the haters hate more.

Its quite shocking how far JMM stock has fallen since his loss to Mayweather...

I understand he is old and he looked **** against a WW Mayweather but its all complete speculation knowing what performance he is capable of at 140 at the moment. Khan would look just as bad against Mayweather and would most likely be KOed...

It isn't fair to judge him on his last fight when looking at JMM-Khan....the next performance against Diaz will have more relevance.

I hate this fight as a JMM fan and really hope it doesn't come off. I feel like stylistically and just physically this fight is all wrong for him. I think he will struggle with the size of the fighters above 135. It just feels like he is being fed to a young fighter to build their career, and he's not even in his weightclass. Khan should be facing guys in his own weightclass, not calling out lightweights. This has nothing to do with JMM slipping, just knowing his limits.

Hopefully JMM listens to Nacho and turns down the fight. Nacho knows his fighter better than anyone and he thinks 135 is Dinamita's limit.

Apart from Maidana, do you really think Khan is ready for Bradley/Alexander?

Right now I think Khan gets beat by Bradley and Alexander. He's still green for the both of them and still makes mistakes which could seriously cost him.

Not even Bradley would like to get it on with Alexander, not because he's scared, but the money is not there and the risk reward is too much for too little right now.

These fights need to develop, fact. The guy is 23 and is doing amazing in 'padding' terms as people say. He surpasses Calzaghe and Hatton by a mile in that sense.

Unfortunately you can't hide behind a world title. Khan is now a 'World Champion' and using the 'he needs time to develop' excuse doesn't cut it. If Khan gets through his December defence being JMM or someone else, the only fighters he should be targeting in 2011 is Maidana/Bradley/Alexander.

    Agree'd. :good

Let's say Khan does fight JMM in December, maybe he does'nt want to jump in with Bradley, Alexander, Maidana, etc after a 7-8 month lay off, or whatever **** he blabber's. His first fight in 2011 should be against one of the above.

As posted by Antcull, he's now a World Champion, there's no "he's not ready yet, bla bla", he's meant to be top 4 of his weight division. If he wanted to make excuses he should never of turned professional

Khan is and never will be one of the great one's with all the hand picked cream puffs and old down the hill fighters, the first time he fight's the real guy's at the top he is going by by because he is just a Hype Job.
