He is but when fighting against Maidana you wouldn't call Khan a puncher. I am looking at it interms of context. In the same way you wouldn't say Maidana has 'good' speed (even though I believe his speed is underrated by a lot of people) against Khan because he is a turtle in comparison.

He was in his prime 4 years earlier when he fought Mayweather, and it was not too long after that fight that he was considered shot. Roy Jones fought Calzaghe in 2008 aswell, but I guess he wasn't shot either, was he?
