Are people actually complaining Khan's losing a massive chunk of his purse? The lads being making mega-money since his pro debut, I'm sure earning 6 figures instead of 7 for what is nothing more than a keep busy fight is not going to harm him.

Go look at the news. They've all been reporting the same, along with Amir's close friend, who also reported the same thing.

Where did you find this out from? :huh

Either way, there will be about 20,000 on the night.

He comes through this and he'll be making some mega money against Bradley in the summer. Would expect HBO to spend a fair bit on making that fight. I'm sure Khan will be still making a fair bit from this fight anyway with his cut from the gate and HBO.

Amir's getting £100K for the fight, according to Amir's friend. Subtract whatever costs, he's literally fighting for nothing.

You can't expect massive money for a stay busy fight and I'm sure HBO will be paying more than £100k.

There will not be 20,000 on fight night. Khan has never sold out the MEN. there will be around 16-17,000 on fight night.

Yep, that's more likely, but with the influence of two matches going on that day.

Great news in the long run this is better for Khan as more people can view the fight live and Khan still has a chance to impress and make new fans.

Money will be a down side for Khan, but McCloskey will feel it more and i feel for him, this was ment to be his big payday.
