It's funny how everyone is counting Khan out completely after a big loss, I'm damn sure the exact SAME was said about Pacquiao when he got KO'd twice early in his career with body shots. I remember the commentators saying that Pac has a "glass" body at some point and those were from the Philipines as well, look where Pac is now. Khan still has a shot and this loss is not the end, he's 21 years old only, got a long road to catch and discover.

For now a few decent fights should be logical to get some confidence back then possibly a rematch with Prescott in a fight I'm sure many will tune in for. Prescott is looking to stay active and is fighting in England next so all signs of a rematch are obvious here.

Khan was doing the chicken dance after a jab!

Khan has been knocked down by guys with horrible KO percentages.

Has this ever happened to Pac?

Every guy that Khan fights from here on out is going to pressure him and go right for that Glass Jaw. Khan might have the worst Chin out of any rated fighter in a long, long, time that is how he is different than Pac or anybody else for that matter. Khan is a special case.

It was actually a right hand before the jab that got his attention, the jab basically confirmed that he's hurt and didn't take that first punch well enough.

The guys that pressure him is what he needs, this is what he needs his opponents to do so he would show improvement and know how to deal with it rather than stand there looking to excite the public and end on the canvas. If he's able to handle those guys then he's ready for a rematch, otherwise your points are proven to be true. Right now it's unknown and only fights will give the answer.

I am telling you right now Khan will not be able to come back from this. His Chin is that bad. Before the brutal knockout he was getting knocked down by guys with sub 50% KO rate(s). As soon as he fights another puncher and I realize it will be a while so he can milk some more money from the delusional fans he will get his Glass Jaw shattered again.

I can't disagree nor agree so we'll have to wait and see. He can always get some defense to help avoid that and that's hardly impossible seeing as he's still new and learning.

If he doesn't show some defense then you will be right, his ability to take a punch is clear so far.

He has made enough money not to need to come back - therein lies the problem.

I would reckon that he is probably the fourth richest (perhaps #3) of all the current British fighters - yet hasn't even fought for the British title, he ducked Jon Thaxton after calling HIM out. Jon has since won the Euro title on Saturday evening - something which Khan felt he was above.

As with any Khan fight against a legit opponent, the place where Amir will be going is the same as it always is:

    "To the canvas:"

For a guy that is so skilled and rated, he shouldn't be getting hit flush in the first minute of his fights. That is the first place to start, not getting hit by holding his hands high, countering and mixing up his attack. If he doesn't get hit, then he doesn't need to worry about the piece of glass hanging off his mouth.

Next thing is to do whatever he can to get a pair of whiskers, which is supposedly all down to genetics, but i am sure there are a few things he can try.

To all those people who say retirement, don't you think he deserves one more shot at the big time before condemning him? He is still 21 and the sport needs some young contenders. I say let his image be built up again and if he gets knocked out then so be it, will be funny to watch if nothing else!!
