I'm not much sold on Khan, but after Guerrero's horrible defense Saturday I would give Khan a great chance to stop him in the late rounds. Guerrero needsto get rid of his pops in his corner at this point in his career, because all his pops is telling to be a warrior and if he faces a fast fighter like Khan he will get embarrassed worse than Collazo did. Collazo is actually a better boxer than Guerrero and I could see Khan beating the brakes off him.

There are a million great b + level welterweight fights you could make right now and this is one of them. Any combination of khan guerrero porter thurman alexander maidana and maybe throw in garcia and Matthysse if they move up and we've got some excellent fights coming up. Maybe Kell brook too

Khan beats Guerrero by UD. Khan might be in trouble late in the fight but Guerrero lacks the power to stop him.

Good fight I think Khan speed gives guerrero a hard time for first half or so of the fight but guerrero isn't stupid the guy can box when he chooses to and he wears khan down late and lands something big to finish him. If Julio Diaz can hurt amir than guerrero doesn't need to be a huge puncher

Guerrero doesn't need to be a big puncher to hurt Khan but he needs to be a big puncher to finish him off.

I think you're underselling Guerrero a lil bit. The guy has proven to be a tough, rugged and skilled WW despite coming all the way from feather. He isn't great, nor is Khan. He let himself get dragged into a war the other day. Khan would clearly have the speed advantage, but that's about it. Toss up fight to me.

Yeah I agree but I could see a couple knockdowns or something being the difference. I don't care really I just want to see it haha

    Its a good fight.

Its the kind of win that would legitimately put him in line for a Floyd fight

know Guerrero can Box, but i'm talking about the Welterweight Guerrero who has abandoned his defense and looks to wear guys down by roughing them up on the inside. He said he was gonna Box more and when he got lured into a fight he went back to brawling again.

lets not forget Guerrero is in his 30's and I just think at this point he's stuck in the toe to toe warrior mentality.

It will be a good fight.
If Khan sticks to gameplan he will win via UD.
But Khan often neglects his defense and Guerrero is dirty fighter, so it will be interesting

    It's Khan's fight to lose

Guerrero has a tough choice to make...He starts off boxing for sure then finds out he is ineffective against Khan...then he goes into Brawler mode attempting to get damage done to follow with a KO. Could turn into a Khan UD or end with a Guerrero KO...

It's no fun for a fighter knowing they have to get a KO then finding out someone with a 'glass jaw' can actually take some decent punches lol...

I RARELY would pick glass jaw fraud Khan over someone, but this would be a decent scrap I believe. Feather fist Guerrero would get outboxed & no chance to KO so Khan wins if he don't gas out.

B-level fight for what most consider "A level" entertainment. Sad but true, I hate that these are guys fighting & being mentioned for fights against Floyd.

I think that works for him in a matchup with Khan. Khan has no inside fighting ability. And that's the kind of fight Guerrero would look to force upon Khan. I think he has the skills as to not be outclassed on the outside either. And I don't think Guerrero would wait until the 11th round to let Khan know that he wasn't going to put up with Khan's leaning( a la Collazzo). I could see him chasing Khan (after Khan's obligatory fast start in which he bags a few of rounds) catching up to him and roughing him up.
