your points are good though, he has some potential. hes game and comes to fight, and lets face it in this current heavyweight division that alone will get you far

I agree with the left hook to the body, its the one punch he seems to generate some leverage and power with.

good analysis. thats how i see fury. isnt worlclass yet but has potential. does great things in the ring but also looks bad at times. work in progress. only 22 and has on ly had a few months traing with a good trainer. the rest of the traing he has had is with his uncle who has little experience in the pro ranks.

  5. Hr has really good instincts in the ring. The lean back and counter right in the 10th (I think) was really good and a big part of why I like his potential, shoulder roll and great composure - taunts but maintained control all the time.

Id love tO see him with manny full time and a real strength coach - fury training and looking athletic with technique taught from manny would be interesting to see.

i thought it was a great fight which fury won with ease(ish).
showed he has heart, can fight off the back foot, off the front foot, under pressure, his fainting one way and punching the opposite side on and off the ropes, quickly, was real good, especially for a big big lad.
also,i like him as well :)

i was thinking his short punches and being in range and not extended his punches is bad,but to think of it,if he does that to wlad he might get more success!.

if his chin holds and his stamina and work rate stay him being the same size aswell could give wlad nightmares.

He's not a power puncher that much is certain. It's funny, to me his best attributes actually seem to be his fitness! He punched a lot last night for a heavyweight in this era of his size. His defence is absolutely awful though, there is only so long heart and grit will get him through.

I like some of the things he did for a young man such as leaning and lying on Chisora to waste time and take sting out of Chisora's pressure he just built up. Bernstein also noticed it was smart.

His inside work for a big man is pretty impressive and when he has Chisora on ropes he dipped one way and stepped to other and put one round the side.

Like way he works head to body and he's a mobile lad for that size and his fitness is a lot lot better then it was when he fought McDermott for first time and even in second bout where he was blowing out arse.

7.5/10 for me last night. I think he showed lot of good and bad things but he's a baby in heavyweight scheme of things.

Fury is getting better with each fight. He seems to be enjoying it more and more as the fights get bigger. If he keeps improving he could do well as the division is very weak once you look past the brothers and Haye.

Agreed. He needs to start fighting tall using a strong jab or his career wont last as long as he thinks.
