An excuse to watch lots of TV on Saturday - Spot the references to Haye v Valuev

In the spirit of Harry Hill's knitted animal and Sky rugby last night, as well as an excuse to stay in front of the telly all day can we keep a log of any references to the fight later that crop up in other programmes today.

Bonus points for completely inappropriate advertising on other Sky shows and non sports shows elsewhere.

I'm watching Peppa Pig with the kids at the moment, there's a dinosaur in it but they've the opportunity!

 

Danny Baker says he's getting the fight on Radio 5 and is asking for cartoon ways that the little boxer beats the big boxers....telling Valuev that the venue is haunted or boxing glove on the end of a jack in the box or having a height restriction on the door so far.

 

Bit of a cheat, but this one came out last night:


"This would just be like Haye beating Valuev" said the commentator a few minutes from the end of the Leicester - South Africa rugby match.

 

The knitted character was on This Morning on Monday

but you had to phone in by Wednesday, my freinds Dad phoned in.

 

Does seeing Peter Crouch play next to Defoe this afternoon count as a Valuev v Haye reference?

 

It does if Defoe socks Crouch one in the gob, and Crouch goes down like a sack of ****.


In fact, that would be a very good omen.

 

If they don't mention that on Prem Plus I'll be amazed Colin.

 

I had an odd dream where Valuev was down 2 times in the 6th but it was stopped on a TD making the fight a draw

they're biggin up x factor by saying that even a world heavyweight championship fight has to be delayed, this line is the one i've heard most.

Don't start on the X-Factor. My ****** family have totally bought in to the 'Everybody loves Cheryl Cole' bollocks. Really hope those twins win so my bank balance is increased and the show will lose all credibility.

The nearest I've come to a reference is the fight being advertised on the scrolling bar on Soccer Saturday.
