Your breakdowns are a lot like Lee Wylies maybe you should do a YouTube channel?

There’s not a lot of footage of same but I thoroughly enjoy watching Louis simply hitting the heavy bag - his executions just look so correct and precise. Beautiful and exact transmission of weight/power.

One highlight in the OP that I really do appreciate was the address of how Louis varied the speed of his punches - making it that much more difficult for his opponents to anticipate and time his unbridled hand speed.

That variance in hand speed might also lend to some viewers not fully appreciating exactly how fast Louis’ hands were when he really let the punches go, particularly in fully laden, 5-6 or so punch combinations.

The triple left hooks that Joe landed on Max Baer for the second KD are a sight to behold to this day. The fast twitch, full reloading is amazing.

Ali’s double left hook and right hand to drop Williams for the 2nd KD? is the only comparable combo in terms of speed imo - but fair to rate Baer’s whiskers as being that much more concrete than Big Cleve’s, especially the post gun shot wound version of The Big Cat.
