Well, Chuck beat the original Pele, who was Anderson before Anderson, but not a good fight for Chuck.

This fights just shouldn't happen. I can't even root for Chuck on this one, he should know that this is a bad career match up for him, he is 3-4 in his recent fights and should not fight a guy on a 8 fight win streak....

 

The only definitive way he could prove it would be winning, but Fedor beating Anderson doesn't necessarily prove he is better PfP, just better overall and bigger.

 

Hypothetically speaking. What if they do fight and Fedor beats Anderson(at 215) in under a minute. Still nothing?

This is what's called a stay busy fight. Dana White has already said that if GSP gets by Penn, he plans to have Pierre face Silva.

 

For that matter, would it make sense for Fedor to emaciate himself down to middle weight, Silva's natural weight? If Fedor found a way to emaciate himself down to that weight, it would obviously favor Silva.

 

You cant just call Chuck Liddell a stay busy fight the guy still has them lethal hands it wont take many punches with him never count out the puncher. That said Anderson by death :yep

 

All I said that a Fedor victory doesn't necessarily show he is better P4P, a victory like that would.
