    I don't understand your post. Cotto? Why? He jumped as a WBO JW to WW and fought for the vacant WBA belt against another good fighter in Carlos Quintana. Berto's promoter must of picked Berto's name out of a hat to get him ranked at number #1. Then he fights Rodriguez for the most respected belt (WBC). IBF, Margarito beat the champ to attain, WBO, Williams beat the champ to attain, WBA, Cotto fought Q for the vacated title, Berto ?
