No you claimed Froch was elite because he had beaten fellow elites such as Pascal and Kessler.

Now, Pascal was never elite, good fighter but far from "elite" and at the time of the Ward fight Froch had faced "elite" Kessler but had Infact LOST....therefore Froch wasn't "elite" as he hadn't beaten any fellow "elites" and the 2 he had faced in Kessler and Ward he had LOST to.
