    White slicksters have been discriminated against and underexposed since the Marquis of Queensbury rules. Even in today's age, with a hotbed of white-slickness talent from the likes of Pirog and "Super G" Proska, they keep them off the radar as much as possible. Ward was only able to slip through the cracks because of his fake-and-bake tan.
