Andre Ward vs Oleksandr Gvozdyk

If Team Ward decides to fight this guy, then I gotta' think they see something they can exploit. S.O.G. UD 12 Gvozdyk.

 

Fighter with 16 fights aint gonna beat Lt Heavyweight Champlon Ward.

 

This. Oleksandr is too green at the pro level to fight Ward. He should try to get a few more fights before he challenges for a title. Guys like Barrera or even Jack, who just moved up to 175 would be a great step up in quality of opponents. Right now Ward would expose him badly.

 

What about a guy with 14 like Gvodzyk? LOL

I hate to go against one of my fighters but I also think Gvodzyk is a year away from this sort of fight. plus if it happens next Ward is going to drag him to Oracle arena. Not that it matter as we have Las Vegas has just as much if not more pro Ward corruption.

 

Ward could fight Gvodzyk on Mars, you'll still find a reason to make excuses on why Ward won.
From what I saw last Saturday, the Ukranian will be lucky to see the 12th against this version of Ward. I don't even think the guy is good enough to beat a Badu Jack. Yes he's big. Yes he has some punching power, but he's too robotic, too mechanical to trouble Ward. He'll get picked apart by Ward and you'll come back here and cry like you do after every Ward fight.

 

Look at this ***** with all his code words for White fighter like "robotic and mechanical". Gvodayk is neither of those things, he circles the ring beautifully never moves in straight lines and catches extremely well with an open right palm. Far to subtle for you to even notice.

80% of the population feel Ward shouldn't have gotten that W in the first Kovalev fight. The sleazebag had to foul his way to victory in the rematch. Gvozdyk has taken out common opponents better than Sergey has. Your hero Ward is not unbeatable and his little reign at 175 won't last long Just like your other little hopeful Rigodeaux is getting ready to be clipped off... so will Ward very soon Bivol, Beterbiev, Gvozdyk... Ward isn't lasting long. Remember he's aging and near the end at 34.
