    U Scared?

Why are you so in love with Mayweather like a homo?

    Broner will beat that ass.

    Just wait for it.

Oh wait...Mayweather will duck him too.

what a load of cobblers. Like him or not mayweather has proven to be marketable and it's a load of bollox to suggest he had no following before the De La hoya fight. He was a big draw, had fought and sold out vegas etc etc.

Ward on the other hand is proving to not be that marketable. Winner of the super 6 can't even sell out in a domestic battle against Bad Chad and is not even the biggest draw in the super middle weight division.

This whole saga is a bit homo to be fair, however, there is plenty of truth in what floyd has said about Ward for sure:deal

HMMM. I wondered why PBF wasn't here in Houston for the NBA Allstar weekend. I thought him and James Prince squashed that ****. I'll have to find out what's going on.

Cobblers?:huh Mayweather is proven to be able to draw in a buying crowd. But Floyd isn't "Marketable" in the sense that he has other avenues/options to promote himself outside of his realm of boxing.

He doesn't have any endorsements to speak of. His persona...image and shtick isn't one that translates into other areas of business that large corporations would like to get behind or tie to their brands.

Ward is more like a PAC or a Ray Leonard that his appeal would cater more to the masses vs being pigeon held in one market (boxing).

I didn't say Floyd didn't have a following...on the contrary...I said he did have a following within the sport...hardcore fans knew about Floyd and followed him...but he wasn't a draw by any stretch of the imagination. He had a hard time selling out in his own back yard before the SD win over Oscar.

Andre is progressively becoming more and more of a name.....It took Floyd YEARS to get the shot at DLH to catapult him to super stardom where people knew who he was outside of boxing. Ward has plenty of time to build his brand, etch out his legacy and become a star in his own right.

And it will be easier for him to become a star outside of the sport that would offer more lines of revenue for when he does retire. Floyd has boxing...that's it.. When he's done he'll have to find some other way to support his lifestyle which will have to do with boxing in some way because he's not marketable like a PAC, George Forman or a Sugar Ray Leonard.

And there are some truths to what Floyd said....but he just sounded like a salty female who had an axe to grind. It just came off like he was bitchin' vs giving an unbiased opinion or offering anything of value to a young champion like Ward.

He was in Houston for a party last year and James prince Jr was at the party as well. I thought they were all cool now.

    Maybe they were?

Prince's first comment was 'I don't know what demonic spirit jumped into Mayweather to start attacking my fighter'

Although a lot of what Floyd said was true, I didn't see a reason to say he would melt Andre's gold medal and make a medallion out of it, other than for the extra scathing effect to make waves. That's just disrespectful.

When you make as much money as he does via promotion and actually fighting, you don't have to do endorsements etc. It's not something he's really focused on...obviously. That said, he's marketed himself pretty ****ing well, the numbers reflect that.

Of course not.....Floyd is still actively fighting and his career affords him a lot of luxuries....right now. Endorsements are ways to secure a financial stream of revenue when your main source of revenue dries up or upon retirement.

His numbers are great...but those are BOXING related numbers tied to BOXING PPV's or BOXING Gates....he is definitely good at what he does in his realm but is one dimensional outside of the sport.

How the **** does this make Ward a G? James Prince may be a G but how does Janes Prince speaking up because James Prince enjoys beef translate to Ward being a G?

You could be caught in bed with Wards wife wearing his armani bathrobe banging her all the way through Wards new $10,000 mattress and the worst he would do is convert you to Christianity.

if you really believe that, you'd be in for a hurting.

Ward would kick your ass, then pray for you afterwards :yep

Ward's got the vibe of a G that just got out of prison, and found religion. don't **** with SOG.

    :deal:deal

Floyd will have no problems finding ways to earn money after boxing, endorsements will come his way too, it's just that now he don't need them like say pacman does. Pac gets paid **** all in comparison to Floyd so needs all the endorsements he can get.

Also you talk about ward like he is some young champ just starting out when in fact he is 29, won the S6 and is clearly the best fighter at 168. Also you elude to the fact that ward for all his skill and achievements inside the ring is not even close to being the cash cow at 168lb. With this in mind there has to be something wrong in regards to his marketability and the fact that folk are just not interested in him. There are no more career defining fights for him out there, he spends more time injured than active and constantly talks about what he wont do rather than will. Like it or not Floyd just happened to tell it as it is.
