Endorsements don't just come after boxing. You have to be marketable. Floyds' a great boxer but not someone who has mass appeal that a lot of demographics would relate to. Pac makes a ton of money on his flights, not as much as Floyd but he is easily the 2nd highest paid boxer in the sport.....with endorsements and other careers Manny ain't struggling. Ward is still young. .....especially in terms of ring age. Very little miles and little wear and tear. It's good for longevity. Ward has time to make some big fights. The boxing landscape is always changing. So he will make moves where it makes the most sense. Floyd just said what he felt after feeling as though Ward didnt say the right things when it pertained to his fight with Robert.
Ward's a Christian, but not soft. He hasn't been to prison, but grew up around plenty of dudes who did. Oakland is no joke. The media always focuses on LA because the studios are right down the street, but Oakland can give South Central a run for its money. If Andre can grow up in that environment and stay true to himself and his faith, he's definitely got some g-ness in him.
