That's right. Sep/Oct/Nov/Dec 2012 depending on injuries or whatnot. But I think that's what Showtime is cooking for Ward.

Dirrell, seems to be the fight Showtime want. Understand why Magee might get it but he gets outclassed by Ward.

Well, if he fight in august he can still make a 2nd fight in december.
But if he choses an orthodox fighter before he knows the Bute-Froch outcome ... well, that's a bad sign.

did any of these guys listed proved themselves yet?
I mean let's face it, Ward has faced the best in the tournament while these guys had it easy staying outside....

I don't believe Kessler, coming off a win over Stieglitz in April, will be ready to fight in August.

Ward-Kessler II could entail complex negotiations seeing how Sauerland is putting up the money for a fight in Denmark, and seeing how Ward is an All-American Showtime fighter fighting in America in front of Americans who love America.

Brian Magee, Ward will duck the Dirrells.

If we assume that, do you think the WBC will strip him for not fighting Anthony who's his mandatory challenger?

Nah. That's what Anthony Dirrell tweeted. Andre Ward tweeted he was on a mission to get them all. :? :huh

I think either Dirrel is out of the question. Both are sitting on the cusp of superstardom, and Ward has a personal relationship with them.

Both would likely take stepaside money and stay busy fights until Ward vacates one or both of his titles.

My guess is Magee gets the fight. Hes the WBA #1 for Ward, and Ward is looking for a staybusy defense at home while he awaits a megadeal with Bute Forch or Kessler/Steig winners. Or he'll await Hopkins should he be successful against Dawson. :deal
