I wasn't referring to Kessler when i though about an orthodox opponent; but Anthony Dirrell (or another right handed) as a prelude to a Ward-Kessler fight. Watch for Ward if he's chosing or not his opponent in between Kessler-Stieglitz and Bute-Froch. Also Ward-Kesller in Denmark for 3 belts is not the only option: Kessler might travel again to a more "neutral" location like Vegas and MSG if he get fair referees and judges; after all, i don't think at this time Ward feels the need of the (small) advantages he had in their first fight. Also Kessler still believes he could beat Ward.
If Ward pays fees to the WBC, their rules will never be inforces. They'll make gold-silver-bronze-cop-iron-wood champions but he'll keep his belt as long as he pays them.
Gotcha. At the same time, I'm not sure how much interest a Ward-Kessler II fight would generate in Vegas for instance... I think the gate and all around interest would be much greater in Denmark. That said, I don't think Ward is leaving the US any time soon.

Both camps should wait on that fight till Dirrell establishes a better/bigger name to make a bigger more intriguing fight. Bute is doing the same to secure a possible mega-fight with Ward, Dirrell should do the same.

I think she said the guy would pretty much have to look like Mark Wahlberg if she's going to give him some smash time. ...not a even a tiny contribution to this thread? Fine :tong I think Ward will wait. The whole world expects him to fight Bute if he wins, so I reckon he'll just sit on his backside, watch the fight with Virgil Hunter and take notes. If Froch wins then we'll see Ward fight a mandatory, if Bute wins then we'll see that hype start to really build.
