rumour has it he is going after felix sturms strap,he is down to fight in germany on april 13th,he could possibly get robbed in germany as we have seen in the past fighters going to germany,would have to put in some performance to win,even though i doubt sturm could stop him,think andy has the style to beat him
Sturm is ready to be taken. He's been slipping for awhile now, and still has a belt simply because of multiple gift decisions. Lee will tko/ko his man if the fight is made, bet on it.
in all fairness,even though people will be sad to see him pull out of the st.patricks day fight,its a really smart move if he does get the sturm fight,its the right time and right opponent for him,and i think most people want to see him do well
I agree, either that or decision, Lee is a really bad fight for Sturm stylistically imo. Golovkin would be a better choice for him as an opponent, hope he picks Lee though.
agreed, if lee can stand from a distance he could jab sturm to death down the middle,but it could be a horrible hometown decision
I think it is a razor close fight that Sturm gets a couple point "hometown" MD in. I do see Sturm being able to hit Lee often in this one though.
And don't get me wrong, Lee wont just bulldoze Sturm. Sturm is no bum, and his jab will deff bother Lee at first, but I think Lee will end up wearing Sturm down, as Lee's hands stay heavy late in fights.
