    Chavez...No.

Lee? Possible..Why do you feel Mcewan wasn't fully fit for the Lee fight?

Lee should be able to get a drained Chavez out of there.

Lee by stoppage in the 9th.

Hope to god Lee stops him. Chavez looks sick as a dog from the pics I've seen.

He was beating Lee before he was stopped which was clearly due to fitness so I don't think it's unreasonable to think he'd beat Lee if fully fit, it was a close fight though. Not sure bout Chavez, will withhold judgement until after 2nite when he is properly tested. Craig has fought Lee and sparred with Chavez, I seen him tipping a late Chavez stoppage after a very close fight.....said he wouldn't be surprised if Lee won though

Totally with you, Lee wins this.

Outside of Texas I say he makes Jr look clumsy on the way to a UD, but in Texas, who knows! :-(

Haha McEwan was giving Lee a tough fight and Lee was fighting like a ******, as soon as he stepped it up he had McEwan out of there, Why wasnt McEwan fully fit ??? He seemed grand on fight night, he was knocked out because Lees punches wore him down !! I love when people make excuses long time after the fight suggesting he wasnt fit when he clearly was.

Yeah it was a close fight before the stoppage but Craig was winning on the scorecards and the ko came in the last round so if it was a case of Lee 'stepping it up' then he didnt half leave it late. From what I understand, which won't be the full story, Freddy had got tired of Craig not putting in the time as far as cardio etc so stopped giving him time his in the gym. He pretty much trained himself for the Lee fight, was unmotivated in training and paid the price. Billy will tell you how unfit Craig was when he stated at his gym not long after the Lee fight

You're right though, there are always excuses and Craig hasn't really made any but it was clear to see in the fight

Lee has to use distance and can't afford to let Chavez work too close. Chavez could work him over if that happens and I'm not sure Lee can keep him honest enough on the outside. Too often he throws single shots and then just relinquishes real estate.

He'll have to land a few big shots and hope that turns the tide.

Chavez will try and go for the body shots to slow Lee down, so yes Lee must try to control the distance and maintain, needs to insert a good double jab

He was trained by Gary Young who is his good mate, it was his first time training a fighter but got Craig in great shape but sadly the game plan was wrong, not sure who is to blame for that though.
