froch hasn't said he never wanted a rematch! you're full of it!

just find the quote where you, word for word, give the same risk reward ratio argument froch finally did a coupla weeks ago (hint: froch wants no part of another whooping from ward ain't it). then find where i say those things you claim i do.

Why even mention that hes unavailable if you just mention in the next sentence that he wouldnt have fought Ward because of the money anyway?

Also Ive spoken about the whole risk-reward aspect of the fight on many threads. Im sure you can dig them up too, if you wish. I know Im not ****d.

This was one of Frochs more aggressive call outs....

This is my most recent thread where I spoke quite a lot about the risk-reward element. The older ones you can find yourself.

This is the thread where you kept bringing up the fact that if only Ward were to call out Froch, Froch would fight him in Nottingham

Why the hell did they say "we wont fight him because he doesnt draw enough money" if he was unavailable

Oh btw, heres a thread from last June. Page 4 Comment 54, where I break down the risk-reward argument quite well.

Ive done it on plenty of threads, but that shiuld be enough for now.

i ain't digging for something i don't know exists, i googled a few keywords and the thread i was looking for was the 1st option.

and i suggest you re-read my posts as well as your own. i clearly stated i felt froch would struggle to refuse. big difference.

Considering he ducked Korobov in order to get a lower risk/ higher reward fight (against lee), it isn't all that ironic. If anything, it's clever if think korobov would've derailed him.

Nothing contradictory at all about STD. Whatever the Black guy from Murica does he is in total support of.

I find him very predictable and consistent.

ok stb, you stated your case more reasonably in those posts, but how can i be bothered by something i haven't read until today? my interraction with you on this subject has been almost exclusively on the thread i linked, where i stand by my (and virtually every other poster's save your own) view on this.

to reiterate, i believe the rematch would have happened (or been on the verge of it) but for ward's inactivity. froch certainly wanted it before ward's career becoming something of a question mark, as froch's own is now.

for the record i'd still favour ward, but there are a few factors that make it not a given. the likelihood of the fight happening is now minimal, but you can't take a quote from a fortnight ago and make out that it's been the case for the last 3+ years.

if you wanna insist that ward has been available, or he wanted froch when suggesting truax, or a froch fight in england isn't the most valuable option to ward given their respective trajectories since their 1st, don't expect others to blindly agree. as i stated before, i consider it naïve at best.

shame we won't see it, i'd go and watch and suspect you would too. hell, i'd even let you buy me a pint, there's some cracking boozers in nottingham!
