Sometimes another fighter can bring an interesting new perspective on on a fighters game.

I am not suggesting that Foreman should replace McKracken, but if would be worth having him in camp to see what he suggested.

I think Ruiz would beat Max Baer Jr,,aka, Jethro. There's nothing I've seen so far to make me think he'd beat Max Baer Sr.... I think," as of now" Ruiz is a B level fighter who exposed Joshua and not a guy who's going to beat most historical champions. Remember how many people were saying Joshua would beat Ali, Foreman and Frazier?

Hmm? I'd say Ruiz makes Baer quit killing him by staying on his stool for round 10

Nobody is saying Baer would beat Ali, Foreman, or Frazier. Keep in mind that Baer's power was aided by small gloves and small opponents.

THE POINT IS, Joshua off of nothing really was being hailed as someone who could beat great fighters, same thing here , Ruiz hasn't shown enough to think he'd beat historical champions at all. I'd pick Jerry Quarry to bust him up.

Show me these people who think Joshua would’ve beaten Ali.

Re: Quarry. If you stepped into a boxing ring, ever, you would understand why an aggressive 200 pound fighter would stand little chance against a 260+ pound Ruiz. And particularly one with mixed results at world level and zero titles to his name.

So Andy strategy would be stick a jab with 74 inches reach against Baer's 81? That doesn't sound good. Schmeling had longer reach than Ruiz and better jab, yet he couldn't do that.

Like how Louis suggested to Foreman that he utilize the uppercut against Frazier

How did you conclude that Schmeling had a better jab than Andy Ruiz?

By watching footage of both. Schmeling had damn good jab.

I think you may be imagining things, based on what you've been led to believe about Schmeling. His jab was one of his weaknesses.

Would it surprise you to know that he was known for having a very underdeveloped and unimportant left in his heyday?

He outjabbed Sharkey in their second fight and used it brilliantly to set up his right hand.

I've never heard that one to be honest and I'd say it's similar hyperbole to Frazier weak right hand, which wasn't weak at all.
