Ortiz too has lost twice at the highest level

I think AJ is more skilled tbh and Whytes better, just looks cruder

Ortiz has one good attribute, his ability to time his left straight through an opponent's guard, and he's only really proved his ability to do it against low level guys like Martz and Cojanu. It's also not a shot he's able to get much weight into if his opponent hangs back, so fighters have to be recklessly coming forward with their chins exposed for it to be effective.

Most everything else he does is pretty average and even a bit crude. Slow, lunging jabs to head and body, a slow looping lead hook, some hefty body shots if he gets an opponent on the inside, but almost zero ability to string together combinations to the head with any speed, crispness or fluidity. Plodding footwork, except when he's skipping around, which totally negates his ability to throw anything more than flicking jabs. Vulnerabilities to straight rights when they're not blatantly telegraphed.

Even in his better days he was never the most skilled guy around, more a heavy handed clubber with some counterpunching ability.

Joshua's considerably more skilled at this stage of his career, and a lot more well rounded.

Imagine thinking AJ can beat Fury

big stiff idiot bodybuilder. who will gas out after throwing the kitchen sink at Fury.

Fury is a completely different level and class and AJ KNOWS THIS.

Who did Parke beat to win that belt and could they punch as hard aw Wilder? Ortiz was beating Wilder while Parker lost on points to AJ and Whyte.
