    She is awesome, im actually glad james experienced the defeat under a different trainer. Now he knows who got him to the top. She is going to make james into a beast......again

    Working hard is one thing but working smart needs to be in there as well. Ariza works his fighters hard and smart, working with UCLA sports scientists so he's always on the edge as far as fitness goes.

    Exactly. She's basically running a boot camp, an experience I'll never forget. It'll get you in shape, but not necessarily boxing shape. Looks like she's spending more time fetishizing weirdass workouts than actually training her guys how to bob and weave.

    Give me Freddy Roach or Emmanuel Steward anyday.

    The only thing that would be cruel is letting your fighter get the **** kicked out of him/her because you didn’t prepare them for what they were going to face.
