Are you seriously comparing Chagaev's level of competition to Wilder's? :patsch

Even Boytsov, who has a weak resume, has still fought guys 10x better than anything Wilder has faced. Says it all about Wilder.

Wilder's main motivation is the money to cover his daughter's spinal condition.

Which is fine. But people act like he's a legit prospect and a HW savior. I guess you can't blame him, per se, if he only wants to fight to cover medical expenses, but it seems like he's being protected more so he can be a titlist.

Wilder is not even fighting credible journeymen. The glaring issue here is the protection of him to the point where he takes near zero risks and makes no progress whatsoever. Highly annoying is the hypocrisy of the hype that is generated around him.

The situation with his daughter is sad, but that is no defense against his abysmal handling. If anything, it should motivate him to climb the latter faster.

No I don't get it. Are you trying to compare Wilder's competition to Chagaev's or Boytsov's? Or are you trying to say that those two fighters have also fought opponents with bizarre styles that resulted in them looking bad?

Kind of murky point you're making to be honest.

Did Szpilka even have an amateur career? From what I hear he was a hooligan who was dragged off a football pitch somewhere and dumped in the ring. If that's the case then it makes the argument of Wilder's "limited amateur career hence bringing him along slowly" rather pathetic, doesn't it?

So how does that work? Surely you'd earn better money taking on more credible opponents and getting on one of the big shows, maybe PPV, no? What does fighting obese bums in a stripclub bring into Wilder's pocket? I'm guessing not much.

You make a good point aboujt Perez, but Szpilka has NOT faced a better fighter than Alexander. No, he hasn't.
But he is ONLY in his 8th fight. But I think Alexander spills Spilka's blood all around the ring.

  13. Wilder recently called out Tyson Fury.

After 21 fights, Wilder needs to start fighting decent journeymen like Guinn, Walker, Rossy, Barrett, Grant, Pajkic, Firtha, Gavern, etc.

Deontay's not yet fought anyone even on the level of Vinny Maddalone.

Only saw a couple of his fights, last name sould be WILDER. At this stage, I think that football player (don't recall his name) is a much more advanced prospect and has a LOT less experience. Match THOSE two.
