Im curious to understand why you've asked a question that has a VERY obvious answer? Why would you train with an injury? I'm sat at my desk right now with a very sore arthritic left knee after playing pick up ball yesterday for an hour and half. Normally id train tonight. But i know i can't because my knee is very sore and swollen. Therefore i'm going to rest and get some physio until it's better. You might want to do the same... True story by the way....

    ^Yeah, I've decided to wait.

Okay, so I went there. It was about an hour away and my GPS was off by a couple of blocks, so it took me a bit to find it. I went in, and I talked to him, and originally, in an email conversation, he said gym membership was $35/month for membership and $35/hour for personal sessions, however, that was to do boxing WORKOUTS (i.e. conditioning) with NO hitting. Becoming an amateur boxer with USA Boxing and fighting for him only cost $48 for the YEAR!

I'm definitely going to sign up there, and I told him I'd definitely be back next month, which I will.

In the words of Bart Scott, "CAN'T WAIT!".
