Farnell also predicted Clev on points the first time, which seemed to have caused a fall out between Bellew and Arnie, who was merely giving his opinion when asked.
I believe Cleverly wins inside the distance with body punching being the key (a few taps upstairs then one to the body) Bellews ego and machismo could lead him to be reckless. When I trained him he was a nice guy, bit over the top yes but ultimately a nice guy . lately though the **** he comes out with is laughable and letting the good people of Liverpool down the way he's acting. If it end's early then Bellew wins but I can see him gassing and getting done like I said late on! Tony looks like he's ate himself up to the weight where as Cleverly seems to have packed the muscle on and trained properly for this fight.
Amen..... i think their weights will be closer on fight night this time as Bellew obviously aint bothered getting in condition he wont put on loads of weight come the fight? ,maybe giving Clev a huge advantage ..? he just looks bigger ,more athletic ,fitter ,better conditioned...on top of that he has a much better work rate and has beat Bellew already! i think Clevs odds are generous
great stuff arnie lad. bellew should have been listening to you all along. that was my criticism at the time. if he had gone up to 200 the right way, maybe he could have done something. i think clev gets him out of there myself
agree with everything Arnie,also you were great to watch on a Saturday night when I was a teenager,great warrior..
I hope this is how it works out. Bellew and the poison dwarf in his corner will be unbearable if he wins.
Unless the kovalev loss has really messed with his head, I can see the same outcome as last time, infact clev may even get into his groove a bit more and stop bellew late.
Nobody is talking about Cleverlys power and Bellews chin until this thread. I see Cleverly stopping Bellew.
Thanks for that anthony and i really hope your right. Bellew reminds of the kind of loudmouth gob****e that walks into a pub with his gangster mates (mark quinn,gary disley,franny perry etc) and makes every decent,normal lad just looking a few sociable drinks walk out.
