In recent performances id have Crolla the most improved boxer in the country by a mile, His head movement footwork and punch accuracy have became 1st class , Hes also grew into the weight progressivley and can now take a shot and dish it back altho not a massive puncher but by the way john murrays face was marked up with the accuracy i now really rate the kid , On the other hand after recent poorer performances by Ricky where hes seemed to be out of range and struggling to engage getting his shots of, Before id have had Ricky to blow Crolla away but now i think its a really intresting fight to determine A) Is crolla ready to go world level B) It would show if Ricky really is levels above the domestic boys and ready to re engage at world level

Intrested to see what the rest of ya think on the matter ..............

Very close fight. If you would have asked me a year ago i would have picked Burns in a close fight. Now i would fancy Crolla to do the business, he's improved massively and is slowly but surely winning over the doubters, he saved the show again on saturday because it was pretty dull until his fight. Don't see the Burns fight happening though personally.

Hope Eddie makes the Abril fight happen. I believe he now deserves his shot.

Id agree with you on Hearn i think he steering Ricky towards Figueroa , Crolla towards Abrill and Mitchell to Vasquez hoping 2 of 3 get Belts to manufacture a unification fight in house

Totally agree with you, He could probs make 3 world title fights so why jeopardise that by putting them in together now when potentially in 12 months there could be a unification.

    Ricky beats both easily IMO
Kevin and Anthony would get stopped, there's a massive difference fighting who Kevin has and Murray compared to fighting Ricky

:lol: desperate Derry and his fans make me laugh.

Derry doesn't deserve a shot at Crolla, Stephen Ormond beat him FFS.

And lets get it right, the Crolla of now schools Derry. Rees n Murray beat Derry easy, Rees already has twice.

After saturday night, Derry must have retweeted about 30 desperate scousers calling for a rematch. Crolla is a level above derry now, just stop getting jealous.

Tbh i thought crolla beat him in the last one that was a draw and going by Derrys performance against Ste Ormond i think hes coming to an end , Hard for Derry to match the domestic boys now at higher level as there all with Hearn

we can just see how derry gets on an see that ormond fight was a one off. Plus he stopped crolla, were crolla got a draw not a win in rematch. yes he might have won it but judges seen a draw.

Totally agree beating a guy who had a two year lay off doesn't change the result of him fighting Ricky not taking anything away from crolla he boxed brilliantly against Murray

I tell you what was a 1 off, Derry getting gifted with a stoppage in Oldham when he was panting out his ass. Crolla level above, stop looking desperate. Derry is embarrassing himself, he's been beat 9 times and he reckons he deserves a world title shot haha! unbelievable
