Anthony David Benavidez vs. Callum John Smith

October. Battle of the light heavyweight interim world champions (Benavidez is the WBC interim champ with a single defense; Smith is the WBO interim champ as of his victory over Joshua Buatsi four months ago).

 

Smith looked good against Buatsi but he always seems to lose the big ones.
I think Benavidez by decision is the likely outcome he will be to active for Smith.

 

Benavidez by brutal KO. Smith’s defence isn’t good enough imo.

 

Really good fight, should be a bit of a shootout but David is too strong and too fresh I think. Can see him stopping Smith late.

 

This is a great fight as a pre-fight for a big event, Benavidez is likely to win, but Callum-Smith is certainly not to be underestimated...
