Was years ago since I saw the Parker fight, but can't remember Joshua tagging him that clean. Also, Parker is known to have a good chin, but we don't know where it's at after being decked by Chisora and then beaten down by Joyce. It was never tested by Wilder.

The punches Zhang decked him with was of course hard, but didn't seem anything extraordinary to me, The right hook he put Joyce to sleep with was nasty, though. But so has Joshua's rights been in the last few fights.

I'd say it's pretty clear cut that Zhang is the harder puncher. He has that Foreman type of power where he can drop you with glancing single shots, while Joshua needs to get full extension and connection on a shot to do fight ending damage (which he's pretty damn good at TBF). But Zhang's shots just look much more concussive to me.
