Put Joshua in America, take him to Dunkin Donuts. Watch him get beaten down by a short morbidly obese blob! The bodybuilder without his precious steroids exemptions, has no wins in the US. And long may it continue! lol

Too polite? Have you been to the UK recently? Watching Mary Poppins is not a reliable guide.

Fury was not a big name after beating Wlad which is what caused his despression, AJ v Wlad got AJ far more exposure the Fury got by beating Wlad.

You`re completely biased and Ruiz looked lame in his last bout.

LoL, Fury was damn close to be very huge superstar if he had did diligent training after fight vs Wlad for rematch, did rematch and after this 1 successful fight.
Wlad was rich businessman even before fight vs Pulev, where a lot of ppl already had considered him as " not hungry ".
He was a bit lethargic before fight vs Pulev and also in beginning of this fight too.
Vs Fury he was even older, more rich and more " not hungry ". 39.
I think with diligent and very hard long term training he had won rematch vs now even more old Wlad, then this had been almost 40 and again more rich and more " not hungry ".

With succesfull rematch he had been 2-0 in title fights with a lot of belts on line, next successful fight and he will had been very big star.
Sure also serious HOF candidate etc.

Fury sold out Vegas and broke the HW gate record all during a global pandemic

How many tickets did Joshua sell in 2020?

When you see how much Whyte and Chisora sell in the UK on these Matchroom cards, you can see it's more about the Matchroom/Sky promotion machine than Joshua. Let's not forget Groves and Froch sold out Wembley because the fight was pushed hard by Sky there. When did they sell it out before?

Joshua is a 'brand' these people created. They manage him. Which is why when he stopped doing his job (KO'ing smaller or older fighters), they had to organise a special event in the Middle-east where he could run away from Ruiz to get his belts back to salvage the brand. Of course, not everyone could be in Joshua's position, he has attributes and abilities in this sport. But he'd have a fraction of the ''PPV power'' if he was in another country. If he was in his beloved superior homeland of Nigeria, he'd have exactly 0 PPV, actually, because his life would have had a more natural conclusion.

In contrast, Fury is far more of a 'self made' boxing star, relying just on his boxing and personality. He had very little promotion compared to Joshua and no sponsorship before the MTK thing. Wilder also had far less promotion. Don't pretend Joshua got his ''clout'' by himself.

If this is true, which I doubt, he’s not mentally fit to be a boxer then. Neither is AJ.

    I have to ask...

Whatever happened to the warrior in the heavyweight division?

The heavyweight champion of the world is supposed to be the baddest man on the planet. The heavyweight champion is a destroyer of men, holder of the single most prestigious title in all of sports.

He isn’t someone who quits and binges the buffet and cocaine because someone else is more popular.

On the other hand AJ got beat engaging a man with T-Rex arms at mid range because he was too stupid to use his reach advantage and got clipped. He couldn’t handle being clipped because he was more concerned with being an Instagram bodybuilder/endorsement sell out than a boxer.

Paraphrasing Mike Tyson, these are businessmen and what the sport needs is a killer. AJ is better at the business end. Fury is the better boxer.

His fight with Wlad didn`t come near AJ`s biggest fights in terms of viewers.

This did not had mattered further if he had next mega fight, for example the same Wlad rematch and after this at least 1 next fight.

I do know that here are too much A.J fans who are thinking that he is something special.
If eddie had took Fury after for example 2X fights vs Wlad and hyped up like they did with A.J, then LoL there.

I do know that you are A.J fan.

You realise that when the rematch with Wlad was announced and tickets went on sale they had very very poor ticket sales and that was for M.E.N arena which is just short of 20000.

He's not in charge of the arbitration. Joshua and his team knew that it was a possibility.

Fury can hardly control what the courts decide.

Is what it is, but nobody ducked anybody here.
