Usyk made his biggest paydays against Fury (likely because Turki enjoys them more and hence throws more money at it, but still).

AJ is probably more popular than Fury with the UK public sure, but that doesn't mean he commands more money.

And yes, Usyk is a bit of a troll, but I still think Fury 3 is his last fight in boxing.

And let's not pretend Fury has that May weather factor where people turn in to see him lose

To a point. The introduction of Turki to boxing appears to be flipping this on it's head though. I'm not sure how it kills my argument that it diminishes AJs perceived value.

Never claimed Fury had the Mayweather factor, but neither does AJ. They both have losses and are past their best, Fury just has less losses.

I agree Fury v AJ is still a big fight to make, just not what it used to be. Usyk Fury 3 is probably bigger money wise

Rico
Wardley v Dubois winner (If Dubois...do we need it?)
Fury (another we really don't need)

AJ Fury is on a completely different magnitude than Usyk Fury.

To suggest otherwise is ludicrous

 

If Fury picks up a title post AJ, could be for undisputed. Wardley/Dubios would be a good target. I know that's not likely given recent talk, but it's still possible.

Also just have the feeling they'd go all out for Usyk's final fight. He's become a name in his own right now as the best in this generation.

Compare this to Fury and AJ who hold no titles currently, with multiple losses. The luster of the fight just isn't what it used to be.

Of course this all depends on AJ v Fury actually happening to begin with.

 

That may have been true once, but like Wilder v AJ they waited too long imo.

 

Sorry but there could be every title on the line and as much promotion as we've ever seen but the fight has been seen twice and with the same result
There is absolutely no way on earth it makes more than AJ vs Fury
That fight despite people saying they are past it will still have everyone on the UK watching and millions around the world
