    Do you see this fight happening at some point? Let's consider the quite likely scenario that the fights with Fury or Wilder won't happen anytime soon. Whyte, Miller and Pulev are likely opponents for Joshua in the near future with a question mark over Pulev because of his shenanigans last time. Ortiz and Kownacki are targeting Wilder, Parker and Povetkin are not going to get a rematch, who knows what Usyk does and most of the other highly ranked guys like Kabayel, Wallin and Schwarz are non-entities. If Allen beats the former world champion in Browne and then gets another nice win over Price/Helenius that would propel him to an entirely new level of relevancy.

    Both also have sparred a lot and according to Dave he has found the blueprint.

    Lol the fight will never happen it its quite funny thinking about TonyHayers and Puroresu Fan defending this matchup and how it's the biggest selling fight out there to go along with all the PPV figures it'll generate etc.

    Joshua needs to get wilder in the ring this year and knock him out. If it takes 50/50 Do it. It's becoming ridiculous trying to find an opponent for April. I'm now hearing Tottenham are due to play on the same day. This means not much chance of Joshua at Wembley which means we have waited from September till June for Joshua v Miller in a voluntary.

    While we are in fantasy land, lets dispel other matchroom myths:

    David Price will never face Joshua. Chisora was never gonna face Joshua even if he beat Whyte. Lomachenko vs Crolla won't be a SKY PPV.

    Sky aren't dumb.

    Yeah would probably be a good story leading into it, in terms of trying to sell it!

    Reality it would be a session on the bags for Joshua against Allen. Dave won't make it past 2 rounds after taking a beating.

    Then East Side Boxing would be slating Hearn and Joshua.......

    Enough said.

    Haha, never in a million years, it would be ridiculous to watch, although I would watch it because I honestly think Dave Allen needs an absolute hiding of epic proportions to make him finally wake up, the one Ortiz gave him obviously wasn't enough.
