oh its much, much worse. One is using roids to get stronger which is bad, the other is hitting your opponent in the head with bricks. One is cheating, the other can be classified as attempted manslaughter or attempted murder.

Steroids are sneaky, loaded gloves are obvious, ref should checked hands being wrapped, both could be classed as attempted manslaughter, increase in punch power, punch resistance, speed all can be lethal.
kessler got caught stacking the wraps and tape right in front of wards trainer.... and an official... wards trainer had to say something....then the official who is suppose to be watching and making sure everything is ok...say "oh yeah...you can't do that... that's stacking"
