Jermain Taylor W 12 twice Bernard Hopkins
    Draw Winky Wright
    Win over Ouma
Probally should have gotten a draw tonight against your top 15 fighter in KP.

How many p4p fighters has Mijares beat? Certainly not the #1 at the time and he fought very well against a top 5 p4p in Winky.

Jermain has already been an undisputed champion, Mijares has never done that and may never do that.

Like I said a loss over an F level fighter is more of a blemish than even if Taylor got KO'd badly in the the first round of each fight w/Pavlik. I don't care where you are at in your carrer you don't lose to a guy who is 1-20 and not count it against that fighter.

Jermain Taylor fought well tonight and showed improvment himself, he showed some flaws still (kept his left down for much of the fight) and still showed better defense, accuracy, and stamina (even though it failed him in the last 2 rounds) Mijares was getting out worked himself late in the fight tonight.

A win over a shot Arce does not trumph two legit 7-5 decisions over Hopkins.

He's the Israelite worshipping the Golden Calf.

Sorry, I forgot about Pea's ferocious punching power.

Wow, all of those matchups are absolute classics. So many clashes of contrasting and similar styles.

Fedor, Taylor's three "wins" over Pops and Wink are about as legit as your boy's firm stance against torture.

I would actually take Frazier over Holyfield by decision

I don't think Holyfield would be able to stay on the outside and box all 12 or 15 rounds. He'd get drawn into a fight on the inside, and Frazier seemed a bit better in close at heavyweight (more active, better bodypuncher, underrated head movement). But then again, Holyfield's physical strength could cause Frazier problems, so I'd make him an extremely live underdog.

Hopkins is more my boy than Taylor is but Hopkins got swept in the first half of each fight that is easy to see, Ex stepped it up late in each fight but it was too late.

That draw against Wink was a close fight either way. The fight was so close you could have it anywhere from 8-4 Winky to 7-5 Taylor.

Just like the fight tonight a close decision either way would be acceptable.

I honestly have no idea other than its a fight that is just a weird mismatch of styles. The Hawk was an odd guy...and an even odder talent (one of the most underrated fighters EVER). I think his workrate and power would cause Floyd trouble. But maybe Floyd's counterpunching and speed would be too much in the end. I think Aaron has the skills necessary to make Floyd fight tho...so I really dont know. This one has me baffled.

    What about you?

    :huh

I'd take Pryor. He punches came from very unorthodox angles and his workrate and speed (like Floyd's) was great. He'd make Floyd fight in my opinion as well, and would rough him up.

I'm struggling to keep my eyes open...

    Good night folks:good

This was actually the first time I have seen him fight but I was impressed, especially with his jab. I think he is definitely number 1 at 115 lbs.

Mijares didn't beat Navarro any easier than Masamori Tokuyama did.
