Haye Ruiz fight had nothing, they had no music other then 10 minutes during an interval consisting of high ho silver lining and Sweet Caroline (which I love btw) and they had a big **** off jumbotron doing sweet fa. The fans had a ****ing Mexican Wave going on during one of the fights that says it all.

That was the best bit definitely. The atmosphere was decent but the whole card could have been better for me. Is it just me or is FW putting the pretenders to shame right now.

They could have surely put Groves defence off until November 13th and added it to this bill.

He may be, but it's all about resources though. Hayemaker did talk big in terms of what they were going to do and their future promotional capabilities, but tbf to them they were coming along well, before Setanta went under.

Oh don't get me wrong I'm not one of those guys that is deluded that is expecting Victor Ortiz, Joan Guzman, Barker-Macklin etc. to be on the undercard.

But it would nice if Haye and Booth at least gave the impression that they where trying to stick to their word on something for once. It's not as if this fight won't sell and it would be nice to see them take a little out of their own pocket to put on a half decent undercard for the real fans.
