I don’t wanna bore anyone with the details, but I usually have a huuuuge cheat meal every weekend when I gather around my buddies. It’s just one gigantic meal and some cappuccinos afterwards (usually it’s around 5,000 calories). Then on the next day I’d have a steak for dinner or something like that. I do feel sluggish on the weekend but I make sure I have enough energy by the start of the week to train again. What’s suprising is my weight stays the same and I feel more refreshed mentally.
As a lifetime distance runner well 36 years I dont see how you can do it I did a hard six mile hill session first thing and have needed a lot of food though out the day Not fat boy food but just fruit and veg . OK I had two pints but it was my Granddaughters birthday ! I cant see how you guys can put the hard training in and skip on the intake
