Well, either Whyte is pissing hot or just realized that Wallin was going to beat him. I am just wondering if there is not some plan to have someone step in? Derrick War Chisora is booked, Christian Hammer just fought. But surely there is some quality fringe contender that wants to pick ip the fight.

Bakole? Wach? Where you guys at?

Are we sure it's off yet? Matchroom hasn't said anything to Wallins team or made it official. Bookies haven't refunded bets yet

This is why most promoters historically have put on strong undercards. With at least one very strong fight that could be lifted to a main event at the last minute.

This event is as dead as a dodo folks. It’s got the weakest undercard in living memory and was literally just one good main event with a lot of garbage underneath it.

There won’t be anyone decent prepared to step in and face Wallin at the last minute. He is too much of a threat.

Whyte has pulled out because he doesn’t need a tough fight like this now he is signed on to fight Fury later this year. There is no injury.

He hasn’t even got the bollocks to face Hrgovic with a 10 week camp and the chance to win an IBF title shot. He sure doesn’t have the bollocks to step in at the last minute and face a threat like Wallin.

Hrgovic and Walllin would be perfect opponents for each other

    Hrgovic, Joyce or Ortiz maybe.

Edit: Jennings would be fun too.

I knew once the WBC made that roiling that Whyte wasn’t going thru with this fight. Why risk it when the WBC mandated that you’ll get Fury.

It's clearly a risk with no reward fight.
I don't think they really expected to lose, but there is the possibility, so why take that risk for (for Whyte) little money, and basically no reward.
Also, it's clear the WBC doesn't want Whyte to have a shot at their belt, so if he were to lose and regardless who he beat after, he probably would never get into that position again.
But yes, there's also the possibility he pissed hot yet again. Either in a legit test, which gets held back again, or a personal test.

Opponent for Wallin, someone like Bakole would be nice, to see how he deals with a one puncher around his level.

    Wallin vs Parker.

Prefer it over Parker Chisora II.

Ha - you could be right but the result would help shape the top 5-15 better than other options.
