I bet Hearn misses the days when he could slot in Dave Allen or David Price to save a show. Now he has nothing. This show wasn't selling with Whyte, and it'll be completely empty without him.
Considering that he's only ranked about 18th in the world and a fat **** of a Fury beat him how hard could the fight be? If anything, I'd figure having an opponent in common would increase interest in a future Fury fight. How you gonna' take shots at the king when you're running from some journeyman the dude used as a warm up match?
They should get Hrgovic to step in if he's in shape. It seems Wallin would not back away from it and Hrgovic hasnt been having luck finding a decent opponent.
Helenius v Wallin to decide the ultimate Scandinavian warrior. The Thor of Boxing. (I know Helenius just fought but it was an easy victory against the Polish sausage). Make it happen.
They should give David Haye a call. He slcalled out Fury, if he could ko Wallin, it would build a little demand for that fight. I think Wallin stops Haye at this stage though.
Hearn must bring David Price out of retirement, he isn't the hero we deserve but he is the hero we need right now.
I haven't rated him since he lost that fight to the Governor. It shattered his aura of invincibility.
