    hey hey ESB, with all the so far imho not many great fights or even decent fights being made for 2011 so far.

    will the boxer of 2011 come from one of the established pro's or will it possibly come from the new breed?

    what are your thoughts on this?......

    who do you predict as the boxer of 2011???

    i am hoping that carl froch will win the super 6 and finally get the credit his career has deserved!!!!

    Nonito Donaire if he gets the fights (and first beats Montiel) could be a contender.

    Whoever wins the Super6 - especially if the winner fights Bute at the of the year and wins.

    I'm not predicting anything here, just mentioning a few possibilities.

    Fighters from the UK?

    Amir Khan - Fights Peterson, Unifies the Division and Fights someone like Marquez at the end of the year.

    Carl Froch - Beats Johnson, Upsets Ward and fights Lucien Bute or moves up to beat Jean Pascal at the end of the year.

    Bradley , Alexander or Khan can be there , no doubt about it , Khan must face the winner of Bradley Alexander though , i dont like this talk of Khan Marquez if both beat Peterson and Morales respectively , Khan has to fight Bradley or Alexander , **** low risk high reward this fight has to happen !!!!!!

    If Donaire beats Montiel he is right in the mix , big if though !!! , and what if Montiel beats Donaire , has to be seen as a guge scalp regardless of Donaire's resume surely ........... , could we see him venture to FW ??

    Lopez or Gamboa , if these two can stay undefeated until they meet (hopefully this year) there big contenders

    If Mayweather fights Pacquiao , then the winner takes the award irrelevant of who does what elsewhere :deal

    Martinez has to be in there if he can land the Bute fight and WIN !!!

    Domestically i like Cleverly for this award , average showing in his last outing but should fight for a world title this year , providing he doesnt lose he should be a no brainer
