Good article over on the Scene now. The writer who was there on the night pretty much confirms what we're are saying here, majority of Liverpudlian fans were absolutely fine and were well-behaved. Just a few nobheads in the stands who caused trouble and the same people left the venue after Crolla vs Mathews finished.

  2. Said it a million times, you simply can't avoid scraps at the Echo.

The reason being that the tribal mentality of Scousers means that the only thing we hate more than outsiders (ie Mancs) is each other

No I didn't. I said its that sort of attitude that helps start trouble in general in those sort of situations.

Just to clarify 2 things for you that I thought were pretty clear but obviously arn't. I'm not blaming Mackey for the trouble or accusing him of either hitting someone or wanting or hit someone.

  4. It's not the nicest way to put it but I totally get what you mean.

  5. Saw a pretty decent fight in the crowd at the Prizefighter in Wolves a few months back.

Then Eddie said 'that's what it's all about!' in his post show i-film interview  :patsch

It wasn't into their hands to be fair, it was into a KFC bucket I heard. Which they then threw at Utd fans. God knows why they brought a KFC bucket into the ground either..

You can't drink and snort coke at football matches but in boxing you can!

It's some kind of a movement which is happening!

Ever since they built that Echo Arena, now you get nob-heads wanting to go to the boxing.

  12. KFC value meal innit lad with extra wet-wipes

Decent chicken, decent beans, half decent arse wipe under the circumstances, decent ****-slinging receptacle.

Overall a total ****ing bargain lid.

We are talking dirty Kopites here I take it? Not classy Evertonians.
