Anybody know alot about heavy bags

    I stuffed mine to make it heavier ( 68ibs ) it's a Lonsdale one with straps now the metal hooks are starting to wear .My old man said it happens with steel rubbing against steel ???? Anybody who works in a gym trainers or anything .Anybody ??????

    Just wrap the steel parts with industrial tape. IT should be standard practice for all your lines, or any ring and rope friction areas.
