22 foot ring has made my pick from hatton to mayweather.

22 foot ring. Thats substantially bigger than 20 feet. however the jump from 22 to 24 is bigger.

Either way, the math of the ring size is huge...22 feet ring is exponentially bigger than a 20 feet ring. its more than just a 10/11 ratio...its more ...if you remember your high school math.

Only real legit chance has is if hatton and his fans goad mayweather into fighting his fight. PBF has a sense of bravado about him when challenged like this, and he will try to stand toe to toe like....if you goad him right. just watch chavez fight. Its only real way ricky can win now.

One thing that was not touched on in the build up or visible in 24/7 is how quick Hattons feet are. Also he does clinch and hit. So if PBF is in range to hit Hatton, Hatton should be able to shoot in quick and latch on. Hatton will not try to outbox PBF on the outside or even in the mid range. He will tie PBF up and work on the break.

Hatton is a world class fighter make no mistake about that. Is PBF a level above that? He might be, but his comp since moving up in weight has rendered his power obsolete and he aint never fought a 3 min a round 12 rounds a fight brawler like Hatton, ever!

That was my initial hope. But PBf has quicker feet and has more room to run....can't be good for hatton.

I love how Hatton fans actually admit his tactic is to grab, hold, then hit on the break.

    Classy.

    It is what it is.

And Floyd fans are happy it's a big ring. So they're actually admiting he'll run all nigh long.
