anyone do the sledgehammer and tyre training?

    I find doing rotational slams with an 8kg ball very good for core and conditioning.

    I also like doing normal slams with a lighter 4kg ball and try and get as many reps in a certain time and get more condtioning out of the session

    depends on your goal i guess

    I personally prefer chopping wood, trees more specifically. Gives a lot of resistance at the end without the bounceback.

    scrap beat me too it but yes everything! From a starting position i take the medball and swing it in the motion of a sledge hammer , even raising slightly on my toes at the top of the arc or range of motion before slamming down and putting my whole body into it
