Um, give it like 2 weeks. March through May is one of the best stretches of constant, high-level boxing action we've had in a while.
I hit frustrated about a month and a half ago... now I'm just down and disapointed at the sport. :-( Oh well, we finally have some worthwhile fights coming up so my spirits should be getting back up again soon. Let's get it on! :bbb
yes, that's another one that would go on my list. theres probably more that i have forgotten. the meaning of my post is yes theres been a couple of months where there hasn't been that many top fights, but that's because they're happening in the next couple of months. as you can see in the next few months we're stacked with lots of good fights.
I don't feel this way. There are plenty of exciting fights happening: Pacquiao vs. Clottey - pound 4 pound king vs. welterweight threat Klitschko vs. Chambers - #1 heavyweight vs. young contender Abraham vs. Dirrell - power vs. skills Bute vs. Miranda - does pantera have whats left to put bute down? Pavlik vs. Martinez - pavlik's first real threat after hopkins Frosch vs. Kessler - let's see how kessler bounces back Arreola vs. Adamek - is adamek a legitamate heavyweight contender? Mayweather vs. Mosley - mega fight Khan vs. Malignaggi - is khan ready for the big time? Berto vs. Quintana - can quintana upset another unbeaten fighter? Marquez vs. Vazquez IV - war of the wars Of course, to the casual fans this might not be enough but to REAL boxing fans it is.
Not at all, many great fights from the superstars to the upcoming new comers. Too much fights to list.
December to January is always slow for boxing, and the Olympics pushed back TV dates this year. But March-May has many very good fights lined-up.
