lol @ calzaghe. sacred to gight jones and hopkins when he was younger. but he wouldnt dare get in the ring with ward. when its all said and done ward will be the greatest smw of all time(not like the competition is hard lol)
You are either stupid or trolling if you dont know how Hopkins pulled out against Calzaghe years ago atsch. Calzaghe agreed to Hopkins demands and the fight had to be in America, and Hopkins still pulled out. Calzaghe didnt duck Hopkins or Jones. Seems more & more of Sugar Joe's bitterly jealous haters are rearing their ugly heads lately . Keep suckin those lemons, ***** :good.
He was a slapping, err, fighting machine that never seemed to tire from punching alot. His determination and his conditioning was what baffled me the most. He was great, had alot of heart, was a fan of him actually before the Hopkins fight, afterwards I thought he just barely deserved the decision as he dominated the second half and landed on Hopkins like no other, but a rematch would of cleared any doubts. I think had he had the rematch he'd be respected alot more, but it seemed he wasn't remotely interested. Hopkins embarrassed him and dominated him the first half as badly as Joe embarrassed Hopkins the second half. I think Calzaghe was not sure of himself having a rematch. That's where I lost my respect. Too close to call, but Joe had more determination that night.
You cant possibly beleive hes was hiding his whole careeer, Only haters take his 2 last fight and resume his whole career over it.
when a boxer has no power people say hes not that good because he has no power. when a boxer isnt fast they say he isnt that good because he isnt fast. joe calzaghe was a fantastic boxer... ask Hopkins! :deal
